Storm-Related Debris Information

Due to state and federal regulations, storm debris will need to be sorted into the following categories by staff, but residents do not need to pre-sort their debris:

  • Recyclables
  • Organic/yard debris (soil not allowed)
  • Furniture and Mattresses
  • Appliances (except those categorized as E-waste)

These collection sites will only accept storm-related debris. These sites will be monitored and hauled away each day at 12 pm.  Household hazardous waste, E-waste, and soil are not currently accepted.  See below for locations that accept these items.  More locations coming soon.

If you need assistance getting connected to resources to help clear debris, call County OES at (805) 781-5678.
